This Agreement governs your use of the Allion e-Service System and the materials accessible on or from the site. Please read carefully before accessing the site. Your use of the site means that you accept this Agreement. If you do not agree with this Agreement, please do not proceed with the Allion e-Service System.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Allion provides users with access to see and download a rich collection of resources, including the test project status, test problem report, test final report, news and other relevant information (the "Service"). You understand and agree that the Service provided by Allion is to provide user with an instant and accessible platform to keep track the progress of the device or product being tested.
USE OF THE ACCOUNT INFORMATION
In order to operate and manage the site and deliver the Service to the users, Allion may ask to collects and uses your personal or company information to build up an user account for the Allion e-Service System. These uses may include providing you with more effective Service; making the site or Service easier to use by eliminating the need for you to repeatedly enter the same information.
CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
The test results, test data, test report, project status and your account information with respect to the Allion e-Service System are the ˇ§Confidential Informationˇ¨ which Allion will not, without user's prior approval, publish or disclose to any person or entity. Your Confidential Information will be properly stored on computer systems with limited access, which are located in controlled facilities. User understands that Allion is not responsible for any exposure of Confidential Information or malicious damage caused by users or any attack made by hacker or irresistible invader.
MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY
You will receive a set of password and account designation upon completing the Service's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Allion of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Allion cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.
MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE
Allion reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Allion shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
Allion will occasionally update this privacy statement to reflect changes in our Service and customer feedback. When we post changes to this Agreement, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this Agreement. We will notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes prior to implementing the change or by directly sending you a notification.
SOME RESTRICTION TO USE THE SERVICE
You agree to not use the Service to (a) forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Service; (b) disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, cause a screen to "scroll" faster than other users of the Service are able to type, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real time exchanges; (c)interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and in construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of China. All controversies and disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be exclusively submitted to the Taipei District Court in Taipei, Taiwan.
