”Allion e-Service” is the collaborative service platform to provide Allion customers with better testing services of higher efficiency, quality and manageability. “Allion e-Service” provides customers with systematic platform to manage activities between customers and Allion, including test results、problem reports、final report and reference files like logs. “Allion e-Service” provides you the most updated information from Allion business process system with strong security protection. Most but not the least, “Allion e-Service” helps customers manage the testing information in a centralized, statistical and efficient way.

1. Project
(1) Ongoing Project:
“Ongoing Project” lists all projects currently testing in Allion. To make this list clear, projects closed with project end data over 1 month will be moved to other category.
(a) Click on the project ID will take user to the project information page.
(b) Project information page:
l [Access List]: Project access list modification. Project owner can assign project access privilege to users and groups.
l [Project Detail]: Project information details, including “Project ID”, “Model Name”, “Start Date/End Date”, “Account Manager”, “Completion Rate”, “Overall Test Result” and “Project Note”.
l [Test Result & Report]: Project test grids, problem reports (all test runs), final reports and other reference files.
l [Report Summary]: Summary list of problem reports.
l [HelpDesk]: Project discussion between customer users and Allion Account Manager (Allion AM), with each subjects/replies separated. (New subject and reply are only available for users with “Read/Write” and “Read” privilege)
(2) All Projects:
For management convenience, projects closed with end data over 1 month will be moved to “All Projects” area. Projects here can be listed in the following filters:
(a) Group by Month: Show project counts and list monthly.
(b) Group by Season: Show project counts and list quarterly.
(c) Group by Year: Show project counts and list annually.
(d) Group by ALL: Show project list page by page.
(3) Search:
Wild search project with conditions: Model Name、Service Type、Product Type、Start/End Date、Status and Account Manager.
2. Test Reqistration
(1) New Test Request:
For some testing programs, users can apply test registration online. Upon completion of your test request form, Allion AM will follow up to process your test registration.
(2) Test Request List
Users can check the process status of test request applied.
(3) Test Request Search
3. Problem Report
(1) Search:
Search problem reports with conditions: Model Name、Report Status、Problem Severity、Problem Status、Problem Type.
(2) Statistics:
Provide statistics of problem report
(a) Severity Detection Ratio: Provide problem detection ratio according to the problem severity and model name.
(b) Problem Type Detection Ratio: Provide problem detection ratio according to the problem type and model name.
4. Member
(1) Edit Profile: Modify user profile. This function is NOT available for Guest privilege user.
(2) Change Password: Modify password. This function is NOT available for Guest privilege user.

(a) The access privilege design of Allion e-Service is a matrix format. There are 2 requirements for users to access project data:
(i) For main contact, his/her account must be created by Allion account manager with “Account Master” privilege and assigned to each project being access as project owner by Allion account manager.
(ii) For other users, his/her account must be created by main contact (Account Master) with proper privilege and assigned to each project being access by main contact.
(b) Project owner can create/edit/delete his/her own users and groups.
(c) User with “agent” property checked can be automatically authorized with access privilege projects owned by main contact.
(d) There are 4 types of access privileges in Allion e-Service.

l [Read]: Read privilege can read all project data, including project detail, problem/final reports, files for download and discussions in helpdesk. Besides project data, read privilege can modify his/her own user profile and password.
l [Read/write]: Read/write privilege can do anything “Read” privilege can as well as reply/submit information to Allion.
l [Guest]: Guest privilege act like “Read” privilege can read, but can not modify user profile and password.
l [Account Master]: Account Master privilege is managed by Allion Account Manager.
(4) Group Management (Account Master only):
(a) Project owner account can create groups and assign users to groups.
(b) Project access can be assigned to users and groups.
System security is the highest priority in the design and operation of Allion e-Service system. To protect the project & report data from being abused or exposed to unauthorized persons, the following security measures are implemented:
